3.1. The basic version of the Service is free. 3.2. Users agree to: • Provide accurate information • Not abuse the Service • Comply with applicable law 3.3. Prohibited activities: • Uploading malicious software • Automated data scraping • Using the Service for illegal purposes

4.1. Uploaded documents are processed by Google's artificial intelligence systems (Gemini AI) for information extraction. 4.2. By using the Service, you consent to: • Sending document content to Google AI • Processing documents according to Google's Privacy Policy • Storing analysis results for the period specified in the Privacy Policy 4.3. The Operator does not store document content after analysis completion.

5.1. The Operator is NOT responsible for: • Decisions made based on analysis results • Legal, tax, or financial consequences • Analysis errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data • Actions by regulatory authorities (ZUS, Tax Office) 5.2. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. 5.3. Users use the Service at their own risk and responsibility. 5.4. For legal concerns, we recommend consulting with a qualified lawyer or tax advisor.

6.1. All rights to the Service, including source code, algorithms, and interface, belong to the Operator. 6.2. Users retain rights to their uploaded documents. 6.3. The Operator may use anonymized data for statistical purposes and Service development.

7.1. The Service may offer contact with a partner accounting firm. 7.2. The Operator is not responsible for services provided by partners. 7.3. Terms of cooperation with partners are established individually.

8.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms. 8.2. Users will be informed of significant changes through the website. 8.3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
