ZUS DRA/RCA via ePlatnik - Import and Submission Guide
Instructions for importing a KEDU file generated by Bookeper and submitting ZUS DRA/RCA declarations through the PUE ZUS portal.
Social Insurance declarations for sole proprietors must be submitted by the 20th of the month for the previous month. Bookeper automatically calculates and fills in all contributions -- you just submit the ready KEDU file through the PUE ZUS portal.
Requirements
- Active PUE ZUS account
- KEDU file generated by Bookeper AI
- ePlatnik access (available in PUE ZUS)
Step-by-step submission
1. Generate the KEDU file in Bookeper
Ask Bookeper AI to "Generate ZUS DRA declaration" for the relevant month. The system calculates all contributions and generates a KEDU file.
2. Log in to PUE ZUS
Go to pue.zus.pl and sign in with your profile.
3. Import the KEDU file
- Navigate to ePlatnik
- Select "Import KEDU"
- Upload the file generated by Bookeper
- Review the imported data
4. Verify and submit
- Check that all contribution amounts match
- Sign with a qualified certificate or trusted profile
- Submit the declaration
- Save the UPO (official receipt) confirmation
Key deadlines
- 20th of each month -- declaration for the previous month
- Late submission can result in penalties and interest
